What Do You Need To Know About Me

People who knows me through my trainings and corporate events know me as Khing Wong.

To be honest, I am a very simple yet creative person and I do Lifestyle Business Coaching. You probably think, what is Lifestyle Business Coaching? The intention is still about Building Businesses, I inserted the word “Lifestyle” because that’s what we want in this modern world. We want to have Freedom, enjoy a Lifestyle, have enough resources to do what we want, spend quality time with family, to travel around the world… and if you also like doing charitable works, that will be nice.

I still remember the day I started as a Corporate Trainer, transitioning to Business Coaching and writing my first book. Being an Author is so nice, I enjoy writing and through writing, I get connected with entrepreneurs all around the world and we uplift each other in our career.

If you want to know, I have more than 15 years of experience in both coaching and mentoring. Humbly, I worked with hundreds of individuals and several multi-international companies. 

Throughout these years, my clients have increased their sales between 20% to 200% in just a matter of weeks. These statistics are based on those who took massive actions and follow through. I work with individuals, executives and high-level CEOs, business owners and entrepreneurs. If you want to know, these people were ordinary and some of them, have became big bosses, running multiple businesses. I am truly happy to be part of their transition and growth.

I am very committed to helping people reach their fullest potentials and achieve better results.

My approach to Training and Coaching is to set the right goals and build a system to achieve those goals. I encourage all my students and clients to constantly ‘Raise the Bar’.  My belief is simple; Think Big and move Boldly towards achieving great results, so that you can make a bigger difference in the world.

There is no way to improve your current situation by doing the same old thing. Working with me, you have to be fully committed and willing to do things differently to get better results. Being a person who constantly promotes values, I want you to reach your maximum performances, activate your strengths and grab opportunities around them. To me, effective learning is not about ‘information’ or ‘theories’; but it’s about our own ‘life experiences’ and the ‘systems’ that we create along the journey.

My goals are to help others develop their self-awareness and self-confidence by managing their Little Voices; develop Business Systems with the right Sales & Marketing strategies; Be Creative, Be Innovative; and Execute with Excellence. For each and every one of us to see ourselves in an entirely new light, we need to do what we are good at, and bring out the best of ourselves.

If you want to know, I own a few small businesses, which includes a Training and Coaching business; a Production Team, a restaurant and a bakery. My future plans is more to creating platforms to help young people to learn about mindsets and to bridge the gap between schools and the real working world; helping them to create their very own self-defined success in their lives. 

I understand that being successful opens a gateway to help more people, hence my team have launched a Charity Platform called Grateful Hearts. We focus on going around our nearby areas to give little surprises to homeless people.

Above all, I consider myself very approachable, creative, fun and I love silly ideas!
