How to STOP being a Perfectionist

PERFECTionist?
People who wants to be PERFECT most of the time, suffers a lot.
Perfectionists don’t really enjoy the ride, they tend to be too harsh on themselves.
We may not be PERFECT, but we should still AIM HIGH!
Being organized and systematic are good – that means you want to focus on what you do.
Planning and prioritizing are good too – that means you know what to do first, and what to do next.
Perfectionists usually spend too much time into details and that make them stuck and frustrated.
It’s better to get things DONE, than being too perfect at times.
As leaders, we have to make quick decisions. It’s okay to make some mistakes but most importantly we know how to deal with what’s next.
